The Oxford African Governance Forum (OAGF) invites members of the University and the wider

diplomatic and policy community to a keynote lecture by H.E. Babikir Elamin, Ambassador of the

Republic of Sudan to the United Kingdom, titled “Between Destruction and Hope: Understanding

Sudan’s War and the Imperative of Reconstruction.”

Drawing on more than three decades in Sudan’s diplomatic service, Ambassador Elamin will
